A CIPD qualified HR Consultant, Lydia has worked for many years in HR and Resourcing roles. Now working with a wide range of businesses, Lydia provides HR advice and support for both those unexpected ‘arghhh’ moments, and  also on interim and longer term and strategic HR projects. She provides CV advice, and is a contributor for the Guardian, offering advice on Careers and Job Hunting.
