My client are a leading provider of healthcare services, and are recruiting for an HRBP to join the existing team, to manage the southern territory.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be working alongside the Northern HRBP, with the support of HR admin. Out in the field, you'll be key in the delivery of people strategies, working with managers' to help them with their employee relations issues, recruitment and selection, training and development, empowering them with the skills they need to make their centres a success. You'll be directly partnering the business, understanding the operational strategies and challenges, supporting the business to contribute directly to delivering company goals.

An exciting time to join a well known, growing business, you'll be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent qualification, with a strong background in working as a senior HR adviser, or in a previous HRBP role. Experience within the healthcare sector would also be a great advantage for this role. A Driving licence will be essential, with flexibility to travel on a daily basis throughout your territory. Base of the successful individual is flexible - Reading or Bracknell would be ideal.
