Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and growing business, who deliver healthcare services around the UK.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role is integral in the development and delivery of People Management strategies in line with corporate aims and objectives. Overseeing a small team of HR Business Partners, advisors and administrators, the Head of HR will be committed to ensuring the engagement of employees, empowering managers and building their capabilities, to maximise the performance of their own teams.

You'll be an experienced HR professional, with a strong background in managing complex employee issues, but also with senior level experience, influencing high level stakeholders, developing and delivering HR strategies and engaging and empowering the workforce.

CIPD qualification or an equivalent is a minimum, with some experience of working in an HR or Operational role within a regulated healthcare sector e.g Primary or Secondary Care, dentistry, ophthalmology etc. A driving licence is a must for this role, with regular travel to other sites likely.
